- Question: What is the cost of delivery if any?
- Answer: Delivery charges depend on the product.
Although some items have free delivery (mentioned in the product
description), most items have a separate delivery charge. The
cost of delivery of a slate bed pool table is £95 to the
ground floor. We have had to put this price up due to recent fuel price increase. If delivery is to a basement of upper floor, we
supply a 2 man delivery crew and will, if access allows, deliver
to the requested location. The additional charge for an upstairs/basement
delivery is £80. This price is to most areas of the UK and
delivery is by our own delivery vehicles unless otherwise advised.
Accessories such as Pool Balls are usually sent via courier the
next working day after receipt of order. Smaller items are sent
by first class mail. All prices include VAT.
- Question:What comes with my table?
- Answer: Every table comes with all the equipment
needed to play the game, 2 cues, a set of balls, triangle, chalk
and an official set of Bapto pool rules.
- Question:Do you have a showroom?
- Answer : Yes we do, which you are welcome to
visit. We are open 9-6 Mon-Fri, but if weekend openings by appointment
can be arranged without a problem. Our showroom is situated near
Burnley, Lancs, 1 mile from J8 M65.
- Question: Will you install and set up the table?
- Answer : In the case of a slate bed pool table
delivered by ourselves, we can install the table for you at a
cost of £30 payable locally to the driver. It is straightforward
to install the table yourself, and we do provide guidance, but
we will do if for you if you wish at the price quoted.
Our delivery is with 1 man, and assistance will be required.
If stairs are involved we can offer a 2 man delivery at an additional
charge of £80.
- Question: How long before delivery if I order
a table from you?
- Answer : Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks,
or earlier. We keep stock in our showroom/warehouse, but if the
table is not in stock we can usually obtain it within a week or
so from our suppliers, with whom we have forward orders scheduled.
- Question: I am nervous about ordering online.
Is my payment secure?
- Answer: Once you've decided which equipment you
want to buy, you can either place an order online, or call us
on 0845 226 5758 from 10 am to 9pm 7 days per week.
If you pay by credit or debit card, we have a secure payment portal
online, or you can ring and pay by phone. Pooltablesonline does
not store your credit card details. You can purchase Visa, Delta,
Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Maestro,
Switch, Solo, cheques (or C.O.D. with deposit upon ordering).
- Question:What are your opening hours?
- Answer: Our showroom is open 7 days per week,
10am to 6pm Mon-Fri., and weekends by arrangement. Our phone lines
are open 7 days per week, 9am- 9pm.

a showroom, warehouse and our own
transport, and we are available to talk to on
the phone regarding your order during the times stated above.

us at local call rates, and not just a mobile phone contact.

suppliers ensuring that items ordered are either in stock or can
be obtained within a few days in most instances.

in the sale, delivery and installation of pool tables for our
customers, and offer a range of tables from different manufacturers.

and styles. We can also obtain any other pool table not advertised
on our site, or custom tables made to your specification. We feature
what we believe to be the best range of slate bed pool tables
available in the UK, and are not tied to one particular range
that we produce.
